Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using AgentSight, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Description of Service
AgentSight is a UiPath automation analytics platform that helps organizations:
- Analyze existing UiPath Classic RPA processes
- Determine Agent Builder migration readiness
- Calculate ROI for automation transformations
- Generate pre-configured Maestro templates
- Monitor post-migration performance
Account Registration
To use AgentSight, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Have valid UiPath Orchestrator access credentials
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be authorized to connect your organization's UiPath tenant
- Promptly update account information if it changes
Acceptable Use
You agree to use AgentSight only for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with:
- All applicable laws and regulations
- Your organization's data governance policies
- UiPath's terms of service and usage policies
- These terms of service
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
- Share access credentials with unauthorized users
- Use the service to process illegal or harmful content
- Interfere with the platform's security or performance
- Violate any third-party intellectual property rights
UiPath Integration
AgentSight integrates with UiPath Orchestrator using OAuth authentication. By connecting your UiPath tenant:
- You authorize AgentSight to access your process data
- You confirm you have permission to share this data
- You understand data will be analyzed for migration recommendations
- You acknowledge UiPath's own terms apply to their services
Data Ownership & Usage
You retain ownership of your UiPath process data. AgentSight:
- Processes your data to provide analytics and recommendations
- Does not claim ownership of your business processes or data
- May use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services
- Will not share your specific data with third parties without consent
Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, AgentSight is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access to the platform
- Error-free operation of all features
- Compatibility with all UiPath configurations
- Specific uptime or performance metrics
Limitation of Liability
AgentSight provides analytics and recommendations for informational purposes. We are not liable for:
- Business decisions made based on our recommendations
- Migration outcomes or Agent Builder performance
- Data loss or corruption during analysis
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Intellectual Property
AgentSight and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by our team and are protected by:
- Copyright and trademark laws
- Trade secret protections
- Other intellectual property rights
UiPath, Orchestrator, Agent Builder, and Maestro are trademarks of UiPath Inc.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to AgentSight will cease
- We will delete your account data within 30 days
- You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations
- Certain provisions may survive termination
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:
- Email notification to registered users
- Prominent notice on our platform
- Updated effective date on this page
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
